Coach Ben has twenty plus years of experience as a coach and trainer, as well as working with children. He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). Coach Ben currently holds certifications in CPR, including infant/child, and First Aid.


Class Description

Our Tot Fitness Class will introduce the basics of physical fitness to create a foundation which will build future speed and agility skills, as well as general fitness. The class will include age-appropriate drills and games.
It makes this class a great opportunity for the little ones to get their wiggles out!



Our
Youth Fitness Class for School-Aged Children will include all the basics taught in our Tot Fitness Class plus more! We will also introduce speed and agility drills.
