The Recreation Building has a maximum capacity of 140 guests. Reservation Fees for both Walsh and Hoffman rooms are $100 for Village of Manlius Residents and $300 for Non-village Residents. A $100 security deposit is required for ALL reservations.

Inside the Building for your use is:

A fully workable sink for washing dishes, refrigerator for cooling and storing food, stove and oven for warming food only (there is no cooking allowed) and plenty of kitchen counter space available for displaying food or other items for your party.

                   9- 6’ tables
                   2- 4' tables
                   6 round tables that will seat 6-8 people. 

                   82 folding chairs 
                   23 straight back stackable chairs 

Outside the Building for your use is:
an attached pavilion to the Recreation building with 6 picnic tables and a basketball hoop.
